MASSIMO SCALABRINI
Massimo is a veteran private banker who spent 17 years with UBS in Switzerland and London, culminating as desk head for Italy, Spain, Central and North America. In 1998 he founded Wealth Management Services Ltd as an independent wealth manager, merging with the Chiltern Group in 2001.
When Chiltern Wealth Management Ltd was acquired by EFG Private Bank in 2006 he led the integrated business as Managing Director for five years.
He founded Azure Wealth LLP in 2011 with a London based FO, Azure was sold in 2017 to Hywin Capital UK Ltd., which represent the interest of Hywin a Chinese Wealth Manager HQ in Shanghai.
Massimo has focused his entire career on serving High Net Worth individuals and in particular UK Non Domiciled clients.
He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German.

NEAL CHURCHILL
Neal has accumulated 20 years’ experience in Private Wealth Management. In 1999 he started his career in London at Rathbones. In 2004 he joined Close Brothers, before moving to Bermuda in 2009 to join Butterfield Private Bank.
During his time in Bermuda, Neal focused on servicing the needs of the local expat community and international Private Clients. He also expanded his experience in working with local Trust Companies. In 2012, he moved back to London for Butterfield Private Bank and in 2016 he joined Massimo at Azure Wealth LLP.
As a Partner at Calyx Private Office, Neal will continue to build on his strong relationships with Private Clients, Family Offices and Trust Companies with a focus on London and Bermuda.
Stacy Iervolino

Stacy Iervolino
Stacy has worked in Wealth Management with Massimo for over 20 years, starting in 1998 when Wealth Management Services Limited was formed. During that time she has developed a deep expertise in AML/KYC, FCA reporting, operational compliance, budgeting/financial control, and human resource management; gaining professional qualification in 2016.
As Chief Operating Officer at Calyx, Stacy is responsible for managing operations, finance, compliance and human resources for the firm. She acts as the primary point of contact for custodians and service providers and has an extensive personal network of freelance support staff
Stacy is an Assoc CIPD member and is bilingual in English and Italian.

Scott has over 12 years of experience working with High Net Worth individuals and in Wealth Management, having started his career at Arbuthnot Latham & Co and later Butterfield Private Bank before joining UBS AG in London, where he worked with Client Advisors and Wealth Planners, providing expertise and support across a wide range of investment asset classes.
In 2018 Scott joined Massimo and the team at Hywin Wealth where he served onshore and offshore private clients whilst working with the Portfolio Management team to provide tailored discretionary solutions.
As a Partner at Calyx, Scott’s primary focus is on meeting client’s investment objectives through the effective management of their portfolios.

Dr Chris Donegan
For the last 15 years Chris has been a co-founder or advisor to numerous businesses, most recently via his consulting firm ICA where he works closely with investors and transaction partners including mainstream investment banks. In this capacity he has been a venture partner with two life science investment groups deploying >$500m in capital and a strategic advisor to a $1bn technology litigation fund. Chris currently serves as chairman of the investment committee and chief risk officer at Hywin Wealth LLP. Chris also serves as chairman of the investor forum and provides private investment due diligence to Calyx Private Office LLP. In addition to this, he is a strategic advisor to Calyx Ventures Fund managed by Calyx (a trading name of Nemesis Asset Management LLP).
Chris holds a Ph.D in Molecular Neurobiology from Imperial College and a BSc. in Biochemistry and Industrial Microbiology from Leeds University. Ranked by Intellectual Asset Management Magazine as one of the world’s top 300 IP Strategists he writes and speaks frequently on the subject of IP finance and innovation. He is the Chairman of regenerative medicine specialist Health Medical Bank Ltd. and sits on the campaign board of the Advanced Studies Centre at Keble College Oxford.
